薄规格镀锡基板卷取缺陷原因分析及控制

摘要 卷取是冷轧带钢生产中的一个重要且必不可少的工艺环节,卷取后质量的好坏直接决定了钢卷能否进入下道工序生产或发往客户使用。介绍了薄规格镀锡基板的产品特点及其卷取后常见缺陷类型,分析缺陷产生原因并给出了相关最优卷取工艺参数。通过分析薄规格带钢卸卷前后的应力变化,模拟计算不同卷取参数控制下钢卷的受力情况,为实际生产过程中采取合适的卷取张力、硬芯系数提供了依据。最终通过优化硬芯卷取参数控制,加强套筒质量管理、防止穿带褶皱等措施,使鸡心、塌卷等卷取缺陷得到有效控制,同时提高了产线生产效率,具有很好的经济效益和推广意义。 Coiling is an important and indispensable process in the production of cold-rolled strip,and the quality of the coil after winding directly determines whether the coil can enter the next process of production or send it to customers for use.The product characteristics of thin specification tinned substrate and its common defect types after winding are introduced,the causes of defects are analyzed,and the relevant optimal winding process parameters are given.By analyzing the stress changes before and after unloading the thin strip,the stress situation of the steel coil under the control of different winding parameters is simulated and calculated,which provides a basis for taking appropriate coiling tension and hard-core coefficient in the actual production process.Finally,by optimizing the control of hard-core winding parameters,strengthening sleeve quality management,preventing wear belt wrinkles and other measures,the occurrence of winding defects such as chicken heart and collapse can be effectively controlled,and the production efficiency of the production line is improved,which has good economic benefits and promotion significance.
