摘要
介绍了SDA半干法脱硫+SCR脱硝法在焦炉烟气治理中的应用。针对实际应用过程中存在设计指标偏高、环保设施无备用、脱硫效果不稳定、催化剂活性低等问题,进行了工艺参数调整、稳定焦炉生产,降低原烟气指标,保证排放指标达标;在脱硫脱硝系统前端增设了SDS干法脱硫,并实施了风机扩容改造,风机、脱硫系统均实现了备用。优化后脱硫脱硝系统运行稳定,在线监测数据稳定达到超低排放指标,使用高炉煤气和焦炉煤气掺烧加热时,SO_(2)、粉尘、NOx减排总量分别为688.82 t/a, 473.04 t/a, 1 419.36 t/a,污染物减排效果显著。
The application of SDA semi-dry desulfurization+SCR denitrification method in coke oven flue gas treatment is introduced.In view of the problems of high design indicators,no backup of environmental protection facilities,unstable desulfurization effect and low catalyst activity in the actual application process,the process parameters were adjusted to stabilize the coke oven production,reduce the raw flue gas index,and ensure that the emission index reached the standard.SDS dry desulfurization was added at the front end of the denitrification and denitration system,and the fan capacity expansion transformation was implemented,and the fan and desulfurization system were all back-up.After optimization,the desulfurization and denitrification system operated stably,the online monitoring data stably reached the ultra-low emission index,and when the blast furnace gas and coke oven gas were used for heating,the total emission reduction of SO_(2),dust and NO x was 688.82 t/a,473.04 t/a,and 1419.36 t/a,respectively,and the pollutant emission reduction effect was remarkable.
