摘要
随着信息技术的发展和广泛应用,市场竞争也日益激烈,企业在迎来更多发展机遇的同时,如何提高办公效率,降低成本成为重中之重。物流成本是企业运营成本的“黑暗大陆”,装卸搬运成本在有些企业的物流成本中占到约60%之多。货物储存堆码过程存在着现有的传统堆码方式已不能满足仓库货物周转的需要的问题。特别是新媒体平台给企业产品销售带来大量的直销机会,不断加强对仓库货物的管理,提高货物装卸搬运效率,增强仓储作业的自动化程度,进行标准化堆码、机械化作业,其中货物自动化堆码方案的优化更是关键。文章以仓库货物堆码现状和问题进行分析,提出六臂机器人堆码区设计方案,选择部分货物为案例,设计出六臂机器人自动化码盘方案,充分利用托盘空间。高效作业的六臂机器人自动化堆码是符合企业实际需要的堆码作业方式,可达到规范仓库货物管理操作,保障货物质量完整性,提高货物堆码效率的目标。
With the development and wide application of information technology,the market competition is fierce increasingly.While enterprises are facing more development opportunities,how to improve office efficiency and reduce costs has become a top priority.Logistics cost is the"dark continent"of enterprise operation cost,and the handling cost accounts for about 60%of the logistics cost of some enterprises.In the process of goods storage and stacking,the existing traditional stacking methods can no longer meet the needs of warehouse goods turnover.In particular,the new media platform has brought a lot of direct sales opportunities for enterprise product sales.It has strengthened continuously the management of warehouse goods,improved the efficiency of goods handling and handling,enhanced the automation of warehousing operations,and carried out standardized stacking and mechanized operations,of which the optimization of automatic stacking scheme of goods is the key.Based on the analysis on the current situation and problems of goods stacking in the warehouse,this paper proposes a six-arm robot stacking area design scheme,selects some goods as the examples,and designs a six-arm robot automatic palletizing scheme,making full use of the tray space.High-efficiency six-arm robot automatic stacking is a stacking operation mode that meets the actual needs of enterprises.It can achieve the goal of standardizing the warehouse goods management operation,ensuring the integrity of goods quality,and improving the efficiency of goods stacking.
