摘要
信息技术应用能力是新时代高素质中职教师的核心素养,以四平市557名中职专任教师为研究对象,从人口特征,认识态度、外部因素、实践提升等方面对其信息技术应用能力开展调查研究分析,中职教师存在信息技术应用水平不高,提升途径不多,信息化教学动力不足等问题。提出科学先行式顶层设计、共赢式引领合作、跟进式培养、培训等解决方案。
The ability to apply information technology is the core quality of high-quality secondary vocational teachers in the new era.A total of 557 full-time secondary vocational teachers in Siping City were studied,in the aspect of cognition,attitude,external factors and practice promotion,the research and analysis are carried out on the application ability of information technology of the teachers in secondary vocational school,the informatization teaching power is insufficient and so on.Put forward the top-level scientific design,win-win leadership cooperation,follow-up culivating and the other solutions.
