悬臂拼装钢箱梁的温度场效应及控制

摘要 桥梁处于自然环境中,不可避免地会受到太阳辐射和周边环境的影响,其温度效应直接影响桥梁的成桥质量。文章首先通过对一个悬臂施工中的钢箱梁进行现场实测,得出钢箱梁的温度主要以竖向温度梯度为主,但还是会产生一定的横向温差的结论;其次,通过ABAQUS软件的温度-位移计算得出悬臂施工中的桥梁结构状态不同于成桥后的状态,如果忽略了横向温差,会产生较大误差的结论,所以在桥梁监控中,横向温差虽然较小,但该因素不可忽略。 The bridge is in the natural environment and is inevitably affected by solar radiation and the surrounding environment,and its temperature effect directly affects the quality of the finished bridge.Firstly,this paper concludes that the temperature of the steel box girder is mainly dominated by the vertical temperature gradient,but there will still be a certain lateral temperature difference through the field measurement of a steel box girder in cantilever construction.Secondly,through the temperature-displacement calculation of ABAQUS software,it also concludes that the structural state of the bridge in cantilever construction is different from the state after the bridge is completed,and a large error will occur if the lateral temperature difference is ignored.Therefore,in bridge monitoring,although the lateral temperature difference is relatively small,it also needs to be considered and cannot be ignored.
