摘要 煤与矸石识别是实现煤炭高效利用的重要环节,是实现资源综合利用的有效手段,有助于发挥煤与矸石各自的作用。随着我国经济的快速发展,物质和技术水平的不断提升,煤与矸石的识别方法发生了很多变化,正在由传统手工分拣识别向智能化、无人化靠近。近年来,智能开采不断被人们提出,煤矸识别如何紧抓时代的大潮,利用智能开采提高工作效率,是当今煤炭工作者重点关注的问题之一。文章首先阐述了智能开采和煤矸识别的概念;其次分析了传统与现有的煤矸识别方法的不同和射线识别煤矸基本原理,对X射线管理和γ射线管理的不同进行了对比;最后针对基于智能开采的射线煤矸识别方法提出了一些完善建议。 The identification of coal and gangue is an important link to achieve efficient utilization of coal,is an effective means to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources,and helps to give play to the respective roles of coal and gangue.With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of material and technical levels,the identification methods of coal and gangue have taken place many changes,and are approaching from traditional manual sorting and identification to intelligent and unmanned sorting and identification.In recent years,intelligent mining has been constantly put forward by people,and how the identification of coal and gangue grasps the tide of the times and improves work efficiency by using intelligent mining is one of the key issues of coal workers today.This paper firstly expounds the concepts of intelligent mining and the identification of coal and gangue.Secondly,it analyzes the differences between traditional and existing recognition methods of coal and gangue and the basic principle of the ray recognition of coal and gangue,and compares the differences of X ray management andγray management.Finally,it proposes some suggestions to improve the ray recognition method of coal and gangue based on intelligent mining.
