高职校本课程混合式教学实践与创新走向——以“零售门店运营管理”课程为例

摘要 以建构主义和社会学习理论为指导,高职零售门店运营管理课程从课前、课中、课后这3个阶段,教师、媒介、学生、评价这4个要素,构建在线自主学习、小组实践互学、总结反思助学、课外应用拓学这4个环节混合式教学模式。选择传统课堂教学、在线教学和混合式教学这3个年级共293名学生为研究对象,分析结果表明,混合式教学模式学生成绩提高明显。 Guided by the constructivism and social learning theory,the Retail Store Operations Management course in higher vocational education constructs a hybrid teaching mode of four links of self-access online learning,mutual learning through group practice,helping leaning through summary and reflection,and expanding learning through extracurricular applications from three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,and four elements of teachers,media,students and evaluation.A total of 293 students in the three grades of traditional classroom teaching,online teaching and mixed teaching were selected as research objects,and analysis results showed that the performance of students in the mixed teaching mode improved significantly.
