摘要
新媒体时代坚持以人为本是高校教育发展的必然选择,“案例教学+BOPPPS”是一种混合式教学模式,坚持“以学生为中心”的本科教学理念。聚焦食品科学与工程专业课程“储藏物害虫综合治理”课堂教学,在传统“填鸭式”的教学基础上引入案例教学和BOPPPS 2种教学模式,从引入、目标、前测、参与式学习、后测和总结6个环节进行混合教学设计,充分发挥教师的引领作用,提前把握教学动态,在调动学生学习积极性和主动性的基础上,引导其主动参与课堂教学、实现教学目标与教学效果的有效闭环。同时,由于该课程专业实践性强,涉及实际案例也较多,通过建立课程思政案例库,深入挖掘其中蕴含的思政元素,并将其融入到混合教学的各个环节,进而实现专业技能和人文素养双提升,构建多元化的食品专业人才培养模式。
It is an inevitable choice for the development of university education to adhere to the human-centered idea in the new media era.“Case teaching+BOPPPS”is a hybrid teaching mode,which insists on the undergraduate education concept of“student-centered”and focusing on the classroom teaching of the food science and engineering undergraduate course“Integrated Management of Inset Pests in Stored Products”,and the two teaching modes of case teaching and BOPPPS were introduced on the basis of traditional“Spoon Feeding”teaching,and the mixed teaching design was carried out from six links of introduction,including bridge in,objective,pre-assessment,participatory learning,post-assessment,and summary,giving full play to the leading role of teachers,grasping teaching dynamics in advance,based on the mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of student learning,students were guided to actively participate in classroom teaching to achieve effective closed loop of the teaching objectives and teaching effects.At the same time,due to the strong practicality of this course and involves many practical cases,through the establishment of the course curriculum ideology and politics case database,deeply explored the curriculum ideology and politics elements,and the integration of which into the various links of the mixed teaching,to achieve dual enhancement of professional skills and humanistic literacy,construct a diversified training model for food professionals。
