摘要
“生产实习”是食品科学与工程专业学生的必修课程,使学生将理论课和实践相结合的最好体现。分析现有生产实习的弊端和虚拟仿真实验的优点与不足,提出了“生产实习”将传统的实习方式与虚拟仿真实验相结合,优势互补,让学生为今后的学习和将从事的技术工作打下坚实的基础。
Production Practice is a compulsory course for students majoring in food science and engineering,which enables them to combine theory with practice.This paper analyzed the disadvantages of the existing Production Practice and the advantages and disadvantages of virtual simulation experiment,and put forward that the production practice combined the traditional practice with virtual simulation experiment to complement the advantages,so that students could lay a solid foundation for their future study and technical work.
