摘要 介绍了C307型甲醇合成催化剂在某公司300 kt/a甲醇装置上的工业应用情况,对该装置的工艺流程、运行条件以及催化剂的物化性能、装填量、还原过程和正常生产运行进行了简要概述,并详细分析了入/出塔气氢含量、出水量、循环量、粗甲醇产量、总碳效率等运行参数。结果表明,C307型甲醇合成催化剂运行至今,日产粗甲醇最高可达1 223 t,同时产品粗甲醇中乙醇质量分数低于0.04%。C307型甲醇合成催化剂可以满足大型甲醇生产装置需求,可实现装置长周期稳定运行。 The industrial application of C307 methanol synthesis catalyst in a 300 kt/a methanol plant is introduced.The process flow,operating conditions,physical and chemical properties,filling capacity,reduction process and normal operation of the catalyst are briefly summarized,and the operation parameters such as hydrogen content in the inlet/outlet tower gas,water output,circulation amount,crude methanol production and total carbon efficiency are analyzed in detail.The results show that the C307 methanol synthesis catalyst has produced up to 1223 t of crude methanol per day since its operation,and the ethanol mass fraction in the product crude methanol is less than 0.04%.The C307 methanol synthesis catalyst can meet the needs of large methanol production units and achieve long-term stable operation of the unit.
