防老剂DTPD新工艺开发

摘要 针对对苯二酚法制备防老剂DTPD存在的高成本、高污染问题,研发了一种新型防老剂DTPD制备工艺。以对氨基苯酚、苯胺、邻甲苯胺为原料,甲苯为脱水剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过缩合反应制备防老剂DTPD,并考察了原料配比对防老剂DTPD总产率的影响。试验结果表明,对氨基苯酚、苯胺、邻甲苯胺投料物质的量比为1.00∶1.15∶2.14,脱水剂加入量5 g,催化剂加入量10 g,缩合反应温度210~220℃时,可得到较高产率,主要成分质量分数为88.83%,其中N,N'-二邻甲苯基对苯二胺(D-OM)质量分数为30.50%。 Aming at the high cost and pollution issues in the preparation of antioxidant DTPD using hydroquinone method,a novel preparation process for antioxidant DTPD is introduced.The antioxidant DTPD is prepared in condensation reaction with p-aminophenol,aniline,and o-toluidine as raw materials,toluene as dehydrating agent,and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The effect of raw material ratio on the total yield of antioxidant DTPD is investigated.The experimental results show that when the molar ratio of p-aminophenol,aniline and o-toluidine is 1.00∶1.15∶2.14,with the amount of 5 g dehydrating agent and 10 g catalyst,and the condensation reaction temperature is 210-220℃,a higher yield can be obtained.The mass fraction of the main components is 88.83%,among which the mass fraction of D-OM is 30.50%.
