甲醇合成系统膜分离单元的系统应用及改进

摘要 针对某甲醇合成装置膜分离单元非渗透气出现部分放空的问题,介绍了膜分离原理和工艺流程,对氢气回收率低、合成气单耗高的问题进行了分析,分析出3个主要影响因素:弛放气惰性气量、弛放气入膜温度及膜组性能。对甲醇合成装置膜分离非渗透气回收系统实施了技改措施,并对技改效果进行了经济效益核算,为同类型甲醇合成装置膜分离单元的系统应用及改进提供了参考。 Aming at the problem of partial venting in the impermeable membrane separation unit of a methanol synthesis unit,the principle and process of membrane separation are introduced.The problems of low hydrogen recovery rate and high synthesis gas unit consumption are analyzed,and three main influencing factors are identified:inert gas volume of the exhaust gas,inlet temperature of the exhaust gas into the membrane,and membrane group performance.Technical renovation measures have been implemented for the membrane separation impermeable gas recovery system of methanol synthesis equipment,and economic benefits have been calculated for the effectiveness of the renovation,providing reference for the system application and improvement of membrane separation units in similar methanol synthesis equipment.
