双腔心脏起搏器治疗老年缓慢性心律失常患者的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Dual-Chamber Cardiac Pacemakers in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Slow Arrhythmia

目的探究双腔心脏起搏器治疗老年缓慢性心律失常患者的临床效果。方法选取巨野县人民医院2019年4月—2022年5月期间收诊的老年缓慢性心律失常患者76例为研究对象,通过入院登记时间不同分为常规组与研究组,每组38例。将2019年4月—2021年6月期间入院者纳入常规组,施行单腔心脏起搏器治疗;将2021年7月—2022年5月期间入院者纳入研究组,施行双腔心脏起搏器治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、心功能指标、患者认知功能(MoCA、MMSE)评分。结果相较常规组,研究组临床治疗效果更好(97.37%vs 78.95%),心功能指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组MoCA(25.48±1.30)分、MMSE(26.89±1.40)分高于常规组(21.45±1.18)分、(21.44±1.20)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.149、18.220,P<0.05)。结论老年缓慢性心律失常患者通过双腔心脏起搏器治疗可有效提高其心功能,改善血液循环和预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of dual-chamber cardiac pacemakers in the treatment of elderly patients with slow arrhythmia.Methods 76 elderly patients with slow arrhythmia admitted to Juye County People´s Hospital from April 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the conventional group and the study group by different time of admission registration,with 38 patients in each group.Patients admitted during April 2019 to June 2021 were included in the conventional group,and single-chamber cardiac pacemaker therapy was administered.Patients admitted during July 2021 to May 2022 were included in the study group and were treated with a dual-chamber pacemaker.The clinical outcomes,cardiac function indicators,and patient cognitive function(MoCA,MMSE)scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the conventional group,the clinical outcome in the study group was batter(97.37%vs 78.95%),and the cardiac function index in the study group was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MoCA(25.48±1.30)points in the study group was higher than(21.45±1.18)points in the conventional group,and MMSE(26.89±1.40)points in the study group was higher than(21.44±1.20)points in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.149,18.220,P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with slow arrhythmia can effectively improve their cardiac function by dual-chamber pacemaker treatment and improve blood circulation and prognosis.
