自拟中药灌肠方联合中药外敷治疗急性胰腺炎的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Self Prepared Traditonal Chinese Medicine Enema Formula Combined with External Application of Traditonal Chinese Medicine on Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析自拟中药灌肠方联合中药外敷治疗急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年9月北京市丰台中西医结合医院收治的82例AP患者,以随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各41例。对照组行西医基础治疗,研究组在此基础上应用自拟中药灌肠方联合中药外敷治疗。对比两组疗效、疼痛情况、血尿淀粉酶指标,以及不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为95.12%,较对照组78.05%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05)。用药7 d时,研究组视觉模拟评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血、尿淀粉酶均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药灌肠方联合中药外敷治疗AP效果确切,能够有效改善患者的疼痛症状,降低血尿淀粉酶指标,安全性较佳。

Objective To analyze the effect of the self prepared traditional Chinese medicine enema formula combined traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP)effect.Methods 82 patients with AP admitted to Beijing Fengtai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with basic western medicine,and the study group was treated with self-prepared Traditional Chinese Medicine enema formula combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The curative effect,pain,blood and urine amylase index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.12%,which was higher than 78.05%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).After 7 d of medication,the visual simulation score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amylase in blood and urine of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-designed enema formula combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective in the treatment of AP,which can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the indexes of hematuria amylase and has better safety.
