核心肌群稳定性康复训练联合Bobath训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Core Muscle Stability Rehabilitation Training Combined with Bobath Training on Balance Function and Walking Ability of Stroke Patients

摘要 目的探讨核心肌群稳定性康复训练联合Bobath训练在脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年2月—2022年2月广东省揭阳市中医院收治的152例脑卒中患者的临床资料,依据训练方法不同,将其分为对照组(采取常规训练)和观察组(采取核心肌群稳定性康复训练联合Bobath训练),每组76例。两组干预时间均为1个月,比较两组平衡功能、步行能力、躯干控制能力和患者满意度。结果观察组干预后10 m最大步行速度测试法(lomWS)速度(50.44±9.12)m/min,大于对照组,Berg平衡量表(BBS)静态评分(21.42±3.01)分、动态评分(26.97±3.52)分、功能性步行量表(FAC)(3.89±0.89)分、躯干控制能力评分(75.43±3.42)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.339、7.359、6.410、10.711、25.000,P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者实施核心肌群稳定性康复训练联合Bobath训练可有效提升患者平衡功能及步行能力,增强患者躯干控制能力,干预效果明显,利于患者功能恢复。 Objective To explore the application effect of core muscle stability rehabilitation training combined with Bobath training in stroke patients.Methods The clinical data of 152 stroke patients admitted to Jieyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different training methods,they were divided into control group(routine training)and observation group(core muscle stability rehabilitation training combined with Bobath training),76 cases in each group.The intervention time of the two groups was 1 month.The balance function,walking ability,trunk control ability and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The lo-meter maximum walking speed(lomWS)test speed(50.44±9.12)m/min after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the Berg balance scale(BBS)static score(21.42±3.01)points,dynamic score(26.97±3.52)points,functional walking scale(FAC)(3.89±0.89)points,trunk control ability score(75.43±3.42)points were higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.339,7.359,6.410,10.711,25.000,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of core muscle stability rehabilitation training combined with Bobath training for stroke patients can effectively improve patients´balance function and walking ability,enhance patients´trunk control ability,and the intervention effect is obvious,which is conducive to patients´functional recovery.
