经皮CT引导下药物联合臭氧治疗椎间盘疾病的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨经皮CT引导下药物联合臭氧治疗椎间盘疾病的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月—2022年2月大理大学第一附属医院收治的180例椎间盘疾病患者,利用抽签法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各90例。对照组行椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术治疗,治疗组行经皮CT引导下牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物联合臭氧治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组术后、随访时的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的MacNab评分比较,治疗组总有效率为96.6%,高于对照组的87.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.957,P<0.05)。治疗组总TESS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮CT引导下牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的腰腿痛具有良好的治疗效果,且手术创伤小,失血量少,术后恢复快。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous CT-guided drug combined with ozone in the treatment of intervertebral disc disease.Methods To select 180 patients with intervertebral disc disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from October 2016 to February 2022,and divide them into control group and treatment group with 90 cases each.The control group was treated with intervertebral discectomy under intervertebral foramen endoscope,and the treatment group was treated with rabbit skin extract caused by vaccinia vaccine and ozone under the guidance of percutaneous CT.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group postoperatively and at follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The macnab scores of the two groups were compared,and the overall response rate of 96.6%in the treatment group was higher than 87.8%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.957,P<0.05).The total Tess score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous CT-guided vaccinia vaccine inflamed rabbit skin extract combined with ozone has a good therapeutic effect on lumbago and leg pain caused by lumbar disc herniation,and has small surgical trauma,less blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
