腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Patients with Gallstones

目的针对胆结石患者接受腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的临床效果实施探讨与分析。方法选入2020年7月—2021年6月山东省桓台县妇幼保健院收治的70例胆结石患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法等分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组应用胆囊开腹切除术治疗;研究组应用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗。对两组治疗效果展开比较分析。结果对比两组临床效果,研究组住院时间、下床活动时间、手术时间、排气时间、切口长度、术中出血量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.535、5.785、13.887、4.558、10.576、8.131,P<0.05);对比两组炎症因子水平,治疗后研究组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.615、10.691、12.490,P<0.05);对比两组并发症发生率,研究组为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。结论对胆结石患者应用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术有助于优化临床效果,且并发症相对更少。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods Seventy patients with gallstones admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 and June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The comparative analysis of the treatment effects of the two groups was carried out.Results Comparing the clinical results of the two groups,the hospitalization time,time to get out of bed,operation time,exhaustion time,incision length,and intraoperative bleeding in the study group were significantly lower than in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(t=8.535,5.785,13.887,4.558,10.576,8.131,P<0.05).Comparing the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups,the statistical results of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the differences was statistically significant(t=10.615,10.691,12.490,P<0.05).Comparing the complication rates of the two groups,there was 2.86%in the study group,lower than 22.86%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).Conclusion Applying laparoscopic cholecystectomy to the patients with gallstones can helps optimize their clinical results and has relatively fewer complications.
