接受供精人工授精夫妇夫妻关系与婚姻质量的调查研究

A survey on relationship and marital quality of couples receiving artificial insemination

目的 调查研究接受供精人工授精(artificial insemination with donorsperm, AID)夫妇的夫妻关系与婚姻状况。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月在郑州大学第三附属医院人工授精治疗的夫妇,其中接受AID治疗者为观察组共49对(98例),接受夫精人工授精(AIH)治疗者为对照组共61对(122例),通过中国人婚姻质量问卷(CMQI)和积极夫妇协议(PCA)量表比较两组治疗前后的夫妻关系与婚姻质量。结果 治疗前和治疗后评估均表明,不同组中夫妇均认为他们的关系在所有方面都较为稳固,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后评估中亲友关系和夫妻交流两个维度的得分有所下降,而生活观念和化解冲突两个维度的得分有所上升(P<0.05),治疗后婚姻总分较前显著下降(P<0.05)。在大多数维度上,两组阳性夫妇PCA评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后有无生育的CMQI评分组间组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 接受AID治疗的夫妇夫妻关系与婚姻的总体质量较为稳定,与接受AIH治疗的夫妇没有明显区别。

Objective To investigate the marital relationship and marital status of couples receiving artificial insemination(AID).Methods Selected couples who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020.Among them,49 couples(98 cases)who received AID treatment were the observation group,and 61 who received artificial insemination(AIH)were the control group.For(122 cases),Comparison of marital relationship and marital quality before and after treatment between the two groups through the Chinese Marriage Quality Questionnaire(CMQI)and Positive Couple Agreement(PCA)scale.Results Both pre-treatment and post-treatment assessments showed that couples in different groups believed that their relationship was relatively stable in all aspects,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of relatives and friends relationship and couples communication in the evaluation after treatment decreased,while the scores of life concept and conflict resolution increased(P<0.05).The total score of marriage after treatment was higher than before treatment.Significantly decreased(P<0.05).In most dimensions,the PCA scores of positive couples in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the CMQI score with or without fertility after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The overall quality of marital relationship and marital quality of couples treated with AID is relatively stable,and there is no significant difference between couples treated with AIH.
