体育产业融合发展赋能乡村振兴:逻辑理路与推进路径

Integrated Development of Sports Industry to Empower Rural Revitalization:Logical Theory and Promotion Path

体育产业因其具备产业关联性强、空间依存度高等特性,可在产业融合进程中充分发挥其经济作用,有助于推动实现由“输血”式发展向“造血”式增长的自发性转变,在未来将成为乡村经济可持续增长的新引擎。研究将视角聚焦体育产业融合与乡村振兴,借鉴相关理论分析厘清了体育产业融合发展赋能乡村振兴的基本逻辑,分析赋能过程中显露的难点问题。在此基础上,提出融合推进路径:聚焦乡村体育产业融合顶层设计,深化乡村产业融合体制机制改革;积极调动多元主体协同参与,构筑培育乡村体育人才体系;坚持创新驱动引领乡村体育,增强乡村体育经济发展韧性。

Sports industry can give full play to its economic function in the process of industrial integration because of its strong industrial correlation and high spatial dependence,which can help promote the spontaneous transformation from“blood transfusion”development to“blood creation”growth.It will become a new engine for sustainable growth of rural economy.This paper focuses on the integration of sports industry and rural revitalization,clarifying the underlying logic,deep logic and practical logic of the integration of sports industry to empower rural revitalization by drawing on relevant theoretical analysis.The article then proposes the integration promotion path based on the difficulties and pain points revealed in the process of empowerment:focus on the top-level design of rural sports industry integration,deepen the reform of the institutional mechanism of rural industry integration;actively mobilize the synergistic participation of multiple subjects and construct the system of cultivating rural sports talents;insist on innovation-driven leadership of rural sports and enhance the resilience of rural sports economic development.
