青少年近视防控的效用要素:户外环境与体育锻炼

Effective Factors of Prevention and Control of Myopia in Adolescents:Outdoor Environment and Physical Exercise

基于以体育为重要手段促进青少年健康发展的时代需求,对青少年近视防控中户外活动与体育锻炼的概念解析、效用表现及潜在机制进行梳理,明确了户外环境与体育锻炼的效用要素及效用归因。结果显示:融合户外活动与体育锻炼的户外体育锻炼,将“户外”与“锻炼”2种效用因素同置于“体育”的微观与宏观场景之中,使环境调控与身体训练在促进青少年近视改善的同时,将环境的嵌入与身体的在场延伸为人对世界的认知与理解,由此确证了户外体育锻炼防控青少年近视的综合效用。未来研究应在内化户外体育锻炼微观与宏观内涵的基础上,依据具身认知的效用机制对青少年健康认知及体育理念进行引导,促进儿童青少年身心健康发展。

Proceeding from the demand of the times that sports is an important means to promote the healthy growth of adolescents and based on the concept analysis,we review the utility performance,potential mechanism of outdoor environment and physical exercise in term of myopia prevention and control for adolescents.The utility factors and utility attribution of outdoor activities and physical exercise were re-clarified.The results show that:In outdoor physical exercise,the two utility factors of“outdoor”and“exercise”are placed in the micro and macro scenes of“physical education”,so that the environmental utility of“outdoor”and“exercise”and physical training become the external condition to improve the myopia of teenagers,and then the embedding of the environment and the presence of the body extend people's cognition and understanding of the world.Thus,the comprehensive effect of prevention and control of myopia by outdoor physical exercise is confirmed.Future research should guide adolescents'health cognition and sports concept according to the effective mechanism of embodied extended cognition on the basis of internalizing the micro and macro connotation of outdoor physical exercise,so as to ensure the healthy development of children and adolescents'body and mind.
