中国四个省部分地区育龄期妇女消除风疹健康教育项目实施效果

Evaluation of a rubella elimination health education project for women of childbearinggageir some areas of four provinces of China

目的评估消除风疹健康教育项目对育龄期妇女风疹和含风疹成分疫苗(Rubella-containing vaccine,RCV)知晓度以及RCV接种意愿的干预效果。方法采用多阶段分层简单随机抽样方法,在4个省项目县区的妇幼保健院抽取育龄期妇女,实施持续8个月消除风疹健康教育活动,比较实施前后风疹/RCV相关知识知晓率和RCV接种意愿。结果在健康教育活动实施前后分别纳入调查对象907人、951人,实施后vs实施前调查对象风疹知晓率、RCV知晓率、RCV接种意愿率分别为69.7%vs 35.5%、60.0%vs 19.3%、50.7%vs 16.2%[RR(95%CI):1.96(1.91-1.97)、3.11(3.03-3.16)、3.13(2.52-3.89)]。结论实施消除风疹健康教育项目可显著提高育龄期妇女的风疹/RCV相关知识知晓度和RCV接种意愿。

Objective To determine the effect of a rubella elimination health education project for women of childbearing age on awareness of rubella and rubella-containing vaccine(RCV)and willingness to receive RCV.Methods We used a multi-stage stratified random sampling method to select women of childbearing age from maternal and child health care hospitals in 4 provinces to participate in rubella elimination health education activities lasting 8 months.We compared awareness of rubella and RCV and willingness to receive RCV before and after the educational intervention.Results We included 907 subjects in the before-intervention survey and 951 in the after-intervention survey.Awareness of rubella and RCV and willingness to receive RCV after intervention compared with before intervention were 69.7%vs 35.5%,60.0%vs 19.3%,and 50.7%us 16.2%,with respective risk ratios:RR(95%CI):1.96(1.91-1.97),3.11(3.03-3.16),and 3.13(2.52-3.89).Conclusions The rubella elimination health education project significantly improved knowledge about rubella and RCV and willingness to receive RCV among women of childbearing age.
