摘要
针对载人航天器系统方案初期重量超标,需要频繁设计迭代的问题,结合系统设计开发过程,确定产品重量设计的控制环节。系统研究了空间站组装建造阶段神舟飞船、天舟飞船和中国空间站实物重量数据,采用了成功包络线分析理论,建立用于指导产品重量设计优劣程度的量化评价模型,用于指导系统设计初期各级产品重量指标的分解分配,指导系统设计末期产品重量的优化,以减少系统设计迭代,提升系统设计的能力。
The weight of the manned spacecraft system often exceeds the standard at the initial stage of the plan and frequent design iterations are required.To solve this problem,the control link of the product weight design was determined based on the system design and development process,then the physical weight data of Shenzhou spacecraft,Tianzhou spacecraft and China Space Station during the assembly and construction phase of the space station were systematically studied.In addition,the theoretical method of successful envelope analysis was adopted and a quantitative evaluation model was established to guide the quality of the product weight design.It can be used to guide the decomposition and distribution of product weight indicators at all levels at the initial stage of the system design,and to guide the iterative optimization of product weight at the end of the system design,thus to reduce the system design iterations and improve the capacity of system equipment.
