摘要
为厘清人的因素(HF)与系统工程(SE)未能很好的集成这一研究缺口,本研究对七大典型安全关键领域和4个区域的相关组织/机构中涉及HF与SE集成的工业实践经验进行了系统性回顾。文献研究表明:HF与SE集成的标准体系很不完善,存在标准规范的碎片化分布、标准之间逻辑关系混乱等问题。本研究可为厘清HF与SE未能很好的集成这一研究缺口提供一定参考。
To clarify the research gap that Human Factors(HF)and Systems Engineering(SE)are not well integrated,a systematic review was conducted in the industrial practices involving HF/SE integration in relevant organizations/institutions in seven typical safety-critical domains and four regions.The results showed that the standard system for HF/SE integration was incomplete.The relevant standards/specifications were fragmented and not well compatible and supportive with each other.This paper can provide some reference for the clarification of the gap that HF and SE are not well integrated.
