For scientific research institutions,there will be various new technologies that need to be discussed and demonstrated by industry experts.The convening of the meeting is essential.It is particularly important to building a practical conference system.Therefore,this paper studies the two networking modes of the conference system,analyzes the system construction and operation and maintenance,and solves the pain points of conference systems intelligent means.
