丁苯酞注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Butylphthalide Injection Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨针对急性脑梗死患者在治疗中联合使用丁苯酞注射液与阿托伐他汀钙片的应用价值。方法便利选取2020年7月—2022年4月靖江市人民医院收治的76例急性脑梗死患者,随机编号均分为两组,对照组(n=38)给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,研究组(n=38)给予阿托伐他汀钙片+丁苯酞注射液联合用药,对比两组总体疗效、神经功能与生活能力评分以及血栓弹力图指标情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的76.31%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Bar-thel指数、改良Rankin评分量表(MRS)评分分别为(11.05±0.27)分、(90.47±2.45)分、(1.25±0.54)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=57.945、17.510、6.289,P<0.05)。研究组患者R值、K值、MA值、CI值、α角分别为(7.63±1.02)min、(2.21±0.19)min、(55.74±2.74)mm、(0.75±0.18)、(57.69±3.12)°,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.884、9.062、8.455、14.710、6.335,P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死患者的治疗中采用丁苯酞注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片可消除炎症,改善其神经功能与凝血状态,促进病情好转,值得推广并广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of combining butylphthalide injection with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jingjiang People's Hospital from July 2020 to April 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number.The control group(n=38)was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the study group(n=38)was treated with a combination of atorvastatin calcium tablets and butylphthalide injection.The overall efficacy,neurological function and life ability scores,and thromboelastogram indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.74%,higher than 76.31%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Barthel index,and modified Rankin scale(MRS)scores of the study group were(11.05±0.27)points,(90.47±2.45)points,and(1.25±0.54)points,respectively,which were superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=57.945,17.510,6.289,P<0.05).The R value,K value,MA value,CI value,andαangle of the study group patients were(7.63±1.02)min,(2.21±0.19)min,(55.74±2.74)mm,(0.75±0.18),and(57.69±3.12)°,respectively,which were superior to those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.884,9.062,8.455,14.710,6.338,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of butylphthalide injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can eliminate inflammation,improve their neurological function and coagulation status,and promote the improvement of their condition,which is worth promoting and widely used.
