黄体酮联合孕康口服液对习惯性流产患者血清激素水平及症状缓解时间的影响

Effect of Progesterone Combined with Yunkang Oral Liquid on Serum Hormone Levels and Time to Symptom Relief in Patients with Habitual Abortion

目的探讨黄体酮联合孕康口服液对习惯性流产患者血清激素水平及症状缓解时间的影响。方法方便选取2020年4月—2021年10月黑龙江省第三医院收治的76例习惯性流产患者为研究对象,随机分为孕酮组和孕康孕酮组,各38例。孕酮组行黄体酮注射治疗,孕康孕酮组在孕酮组基础上增加孕康口服液治疗,对比两组疗效、血清激素水平,并监测症状缓解时间及妊娠结局。结果孕康孕酮组总有效率(92.11%)显著高于孕酮组(73.68%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033);孕康孕酮组治疗后孕酮(P)(29.01±3.02)ng/mL、雌二醇(E_(2))(526.63±31.25)pg/mL、血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)(20598.60±2363.15)IU/L水平高于孕酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕康孕酮组患者阴道止血时间(4.89±1.25)d、下腹部疼痛(3.21±1.25)d、腹胀(2.89±0.85)d、腰酸症状消退时间(3.06±0.97)d和住院时间(7.89±1.02)d显著低于孕酮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组早产率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.320,P=0.128)。结论黄体酮肌注治疗基础上,联合孕康口服液治疗,可有效调控患者血清激素水平,促进阴道出血等症状尽快消退,有助于降低流产风险,提升患者足月分娩率,对习惯性流产控制效果良好,安全性可靠,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effects of progesterone combined with Yunkang oral liquid on the serum hormone levels and the time of symptom relief in patients with habitual abortion.Methods Seventy-six patients with habitual abortion admitted to Heilongjiang Third Hospital from April 2020 to October 2021 were conveniently selected for the study and randomly divided into progesterone group and Yunkang progesterone group,38 cases each.The pro-gesterone group was treated with progesterone injection,and the Yunkang progesterone group was treated with additional Yunkang oral liquid on top of the progesterone group.The efficacy and serum hormone levels of the two groups were compared,and the time of symptom relief and pregnancy outcome were monitored.Results The overall effective rate of the Yunkang progesterone group(92.11%)was significantly higher than that of the progesterone group(73.68%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P=0.033).The levels of progesterone(29.01±3.02)ng/mL,E_(2)(526.63±31.25)pg/mL andβ-HCG(20598.6±2363.15)IU/L in the Yunkang progesterone group were higher than those in the progesterone group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to vaginal hemostasis(4.89±1.25)d,lower abdominal pain(3.21±1.25)d,time to resolution of abdominal dis-tension(2.89±0.85)d,back pain symptoms(3.06±0.97)d and hospital stay(7.89±1.02)d in the Yunkang progesterone group were significantly lower than those in the progesterone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the preterm delivery rate between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.320,P=0.128).Conclusion On the basis of progesterone intramuscular injection treatment,combined with Yunkang oral liquid treatment can effectively regulate the serum hormone level of patients,promote vaginal bleeding and other symptoms to subside as soon as possible,help to reduce the risk of miscarriage,enhance the rate of full-term delivery of pa-tients,and have good effect on the control of habitual abortion with reliable safety,which is worth promoting.
