一贯煎联合揿针治疗阴虚型慢喉痹(慢性咽炎)的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Combination of All-along Decoction and Pressneedle in the Treatment of Yin Deficiency Chronic Laryngeal Paralysis(Chronic Pharyngitis)

目的客观评价一贯煎联合揿针治疗阴虚型慢喉痹(慢性咽炎)的临床疗效。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年6月南充市中医医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的阴虚型慢喉痹(慢性咽炎)患者102例,采用随机分组,治疗组和对照组各51例。对照组采用单纯一贯煎进行治疗,治疗组采用一贯煎联合揿针治疗,观察治疗前后两组患者临床症状量化观察表分数变化情况、临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的咽干、咽痒、咽灼热感、咽痛、咯痰、咽淋巴滤泡数量、淋巴滤泡颜色、咽部黏膜颜色评分、咽异物感、咽侧索情况评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的总有效率96.08%(49/51)高于对照组82.35%(42/51),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05)。结论一贯煎联合揿针治疗阴虚型慢喉痹(慢性咽炎)的临床疗效较单纯一贯煎治疗显著。

Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of all-along decoction and press-needle in the treat-ment of Yin deficiency type chronic laryngeal paralysis(chronic pharyngitis).Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,102 patients with Yin deficiency type chronic laryngeal paralysis(chronic pharyngitis)in the Department of Oto-rhinolaryngology,Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected,51 patients were in the treatment group and 51 patients were in the control group by randomized grouping.The control group was treated by simple all-along decoction,and the treatment group was treated by all-along decoction combined with press-needle.Observe the changes in clinical symptom quantification observation table scores and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,the scores of patients'pharyngeal dry-ness,pharyngeal itching,pharyngeal burning sensation,pharyngeal pain,sputum production,pharyngeal lymphatic fol-licle number,lymphatic follicle color,pharyngeal mucous membrane color,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and pha-ryngeal lateral cord were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of patients in the treatment group was 96.08%(49/51)higher than that of the control group 82.35%(42/51),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of all-along decoction combined with press-needle in the treatment of Yin deficiency type chronic laryngeal paralysis(chronic pharyngitis)is significantly higher than that of all-along decoction treatment alone.
