地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗对急性胰腺炎患者肠道菌群及血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effects of Adjuvant Therapy with Bacillus Licheniformis Live Capsules on Intestinal Flora and Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的研究地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗对急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)患者肠道菌群及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法随机选取2020年10月—2021年10月三明市中西医结合医院收治的70例AP患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为常规组和治疗组,各35例。常规组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状及淀粉酶恢复时间,治疗前后肠道菌群数量、肠道屏障功能指标及血清炎性因子水平。结果治疗组临床总有效率为97.14%,高于常规组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组临床症状及淀粉酶恢复时间均短于常规组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量多于常规组,肠球菌、大肠埃希菌数量少于常规组,肠道屏障功能指标均低于常规组,血清炎性因子指标水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊辅助治疗能进一步促进AP患者病情改善,提高肠道屏障功能,调节肠道菌群,缓解机体炎性反应,效果显著。

Objective To study the effects of adjuvant therapy with Bacillus licheniformis live capsules on intestinal flora and serum inflammatory factor levels in patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 70 AP patients admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a conventional group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Bacillus licheniformis capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,and amylase recovery time,the number of intestinal microbiota,intestinal barrier function indicators,and serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of 97.14%in the treatment group was higher than 77.14%in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptoms and amylase recovery time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the conventional group,the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were more than those of the conventional group,the number of enterococcus and escherichia coli were less than those of the conventional group,the intestinal barrier function indicators were lower than that of the conventional group,and the serum inflammatory factor indicators were lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy with Bacillus licheniformis live capsules can further promote the improvement of AP patients´condition,improve the intestinal barrier function,regulate the intestinal flora,and alleviate the inflammatory response of the organism,with significant effects.
