全面性护理在拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压中的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响

Analysis of Application Effect of Labetalol in Treatment of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension with Comprehensive Nursing and its Influence on Nursing Compliance

目的评价全面性护理在拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压中的应用效果及对护理依从性的影响。方法从我院选取妊娠期高血压患者66例为调查研究对象,时间为2018年2月至2020年2月,根据不同护理方式均分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)。所有患者均使用拉贝洛尔治疗,对照组患者接受一般护理,观察组采用全面性护理,对比护理结果。结果观察组护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组焦虑量表、抑郁量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面性护理在拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压患者中效果确切明显,有效提高护理依从性。

Objective To evaluate the actual effect of comprehensive nursing in labetalol treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods Sixty-six cases of patients with gestational hypertension and who treated from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the investigation and research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 33 cases in each group.All patients were treated with labetalol.The control group received general nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing results were compared.Results The nursing compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety scale and depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a definite and significant effect in the treatment of patients with gestational hypertension with labetalol,effectively improving nursing compliance.
