优质护理服务在住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用及有效性

Application and Effectiveness of High-quality Nursing Services in the Nursing of Inpatients with Depression and Diabetes

目的研究优质护理服务在住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果及有效性。方法择取2021年3月至2022年2月在本院就诊的84例住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组42例予以常规护理,观察组42例予以优质护理。就两组的干预效果进行比较。结果观察组干预结束后的CDSES评分以及护理总满意度均高于对照组,SDS评分、HAMD评分以及FPG、2hPG、HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于住院抑郁症合并糖尿病患者护理中提供优质护理服务能够改善其自我效能,减轻抑郁症状,提高血糖控制效果以及满意度。

Objective To study the application effect and effectiveness of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of inpatients with depression and diabetes.Methods Ninety-four inpatients with depression and diabetes were selected from March 2021 to February 2022.Randomly divided into two groups,42 cases in the control group were given routine care,42 cases in the observation group were given high-quality care.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the CDSES score and the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the SDS score,HAMD score,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c water were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high-quality nursing services in the nursing of hospitalized patients with depression and diabetes can improve their self-efficacy,better alleviate depressive symptoms,improve the effect of blood sugar control and satisfaction.
