肠内营养集束化护理对脑梗死危重症患者预防肠内营养并发症的影响

Effects of Enteral Nutrition Cluster nursing on Prevention of Enteral Nutrition Complications in Critically ill Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探析在脑梗死重症患者中使用肠内营养集束化护理对预防肠内营养并发症的影响。方法回顾性选择2021年3月至2022年3月医院收治的89例脑梗死危重症患者作为本次研究的对象,按护理方式的差异性将其分为常规组和研究组,其中常规组45例患者行常规护理干预,研究组44例患者行肠内营养集束化护理干预。对比两组患者干预前后的营养指标(白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白)、体态指标(体质量指数、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围)水平变化情况,观察两组患者肠内营养并发症发生概率。结果研究组干预后的肠内营养并发症总发生率比常规组低(P<0.05);研究组干预后的白蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白均比常规组高(P<0.05);研究组干预后的体质量指数、三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂围均比常规组大(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死重症患者中使用肠内营养集束化护理干预,可有效预防患者出现肠内营养并发症,改善患者营养状态和体态。

Objective To explore the effect of enteral nutrition cluster nursing on the prevention of enteral nutrition complications in severe patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-nine patients with cerebral infarction in hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively selected as the subjects of this study.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into routine group and study group,among which 45 patients in the routine group received routine nursing intervention,and 44 patients in the study group received enteral nutrition cluster nursing intervention.The changes of nutritional indexes(albumin,hemoglobin,transferrin)and body indexes(body mass index,triceps skin fold thickness,upper arm circumference)in two groups before and after intervention were compared,and the incidence probability of enteral nutrition complications in two groups was observed.Results The total incidence of enteral nutrition complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,albumin,hemoglobin and transferrin in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,body mass index,triceps skin fold thickness and upper arm circumference of the study group were larger than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of enteral nutrition cluster nursing intervention in severe patients with cerebral infarction can effectively prevent enteral nutrition complications,improve the nutritional status and posture of patients.
