老年慢性心力衰竭应用舒适护理效果及满意度、舒适度分析

Analysis of Comfort Nursing Effect,Satisfaction Degree and Comfort Degree of Elderly Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭应用舒适护理干预的效果。方法实施前瞻性研究,选取2020年9月至2022年9月收治的70例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究样本,以计算机随机法分为对照组35例与研究组35例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理,对两组心功能、心力衰竭标志物、护理满意度及舒适度评分指标进行观察。结果护理前,两组左室射血分数、左室收缩末期容量及左室舒张末期内径指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组左室射血分数指标明显高于对照组,左室收缩末期容量及左室舒张末期内径指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组B型利钠肽、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组B型利钠肽、氨基末端B型利钠肽前体指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性心力衰竭患者接受舒适护理利于减轻心力衰竭症状,促使心功能恢复,提高护理舒适度及满意度,护理效果理想。

Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing for elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A prospective study was carried out,70 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were enrolled from September 2020 to September 2022.They were equally divided into control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)by computer randomized method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.Then the cardiac function,markers of heart failure,nursing satisfaction and comfort scores of the two groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction index of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the left ventricular end-systolic volume and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter index were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in B-type natriuretic peptide and amino terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor indexes between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The indexes of B-type natriuretic peptide and amino terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor in the nursing group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing comfort score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can reduce the symptoms of heart failure,promote the recovery of heart function,improve nursing comfort and satisfaction,nursing effect is ideal.
