广西高校科研院所助推产学研协同创新发展存在的问题与建议

目前,广西高校科研院所助推产学研协同创新发展中面临科研领域体制机制不健全、政策体系尚未健全、人才激励体系不健全、经费投入不足等问题,进而影响产业经济高质量发展。对此,建议:一是成立新型研发机构;二是支持科研院所建立分院;三是进一步重视科技人才;四是深化政策法规制度改革。

At present,Guangxi university research institutes are facing problems such as unsound institutional mechanisms in the field of scientific research,unsound policy systems,unsound talent incentive systems,and insufficient funding in promoting the development of industry-university-research collaborative innovation,which in turn affects the high-quality development of the industrial economy.In this regard,suggestions:first,establish new research and development institutions;second,support scientific research institutes to establish branches;third,pay more attention to scientific and technological talents;fourth,deepen the reform of policies,regulations and systems.
