This paper reviews the application research progress of epinephrine diluted flushing solution to improve the surgical field in arthroscopic surgery from the aspects of configuration,perfusion method,application scope,application effect,complications,and precautions,in order to provide evidences for clinical practices of improving the surgical field in arthroscopic surgery.
