方舱医院医学检验实验室建设运行探索

Exploration on the construction and operation of medical laboratory in Fangcang shelter hospital

目的在以奥密克戎变异株为主要流行株的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下,探索方舱医院医学检验实验室建设以及运行。方法依据传染性疾病的防治要求,对宁波市方舱医院医学检验实验室的选址及布局、人员设置和消毒管理流程优化等进行设计、建设,并在实践中不断完善、优化。结果通过建设、运行,满足方舱医院2500余患者入驻的各项检验需要,并运行顺畅。结论方舱医院医学检验实验室的建立和管理是医院运行的重要环节。本文通过对方舱医院医学检验实验室运行进行归纳总结,为后续方舱医院医学检验实验室的建设运行提供借鉴。

Objective To explore the construction and operation of medical laboratory of Ningbo Fangcang shelter hospital under the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus(COVID-19)with Omicron variant as the main epidemic strain.Methods According to the requirements of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,the location,layout,staffing and sterilizing management of medical laboratory of Ningbo Fangcang shelter hospital were designed and constructed,and constantly improved and optimized in practice.Results The laboratory operated smoothly and completed the testing task of more than 2500 patients in Ningbo Fangcang shelter hospital.Conclusions The establishment and management of medical laboratory is an important part of hospital operation.This paper summarizes and provides experience for the subsequent construction and operation of medical laboratory in Fangcang shelter hospital.
