五方散外敷配合体外冲击波在轻中度膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值

The Value of External Application of Wu Fang San with Extracorporeal Shock Wave in Patients with Mild to Moderate Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:分析五方散外敷配合体外冲击波在轻中度膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者中的应用价值,旨在为临床后续研究提供参考。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年2月佳木斯骨科医院收治的86例轻中度KOA患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43),对照组采取外冲击波治疗,在此基础上,观察组采取五方散外敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.242,P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医症候积分有所改善,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.044、10.612、4.709、6.422、7.250,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组膝关节评分标准(HSS)高于对照组,骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、膝关节功能评分表(KSS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.050、5.620、4.212、19.807、16.018,P<0.05)。结论:对轻中度KOA患者采取五方散外敷配合体外冲击波治疗效果较好,能显著缓解临床症状,提供膝关节功能恢复。

Objective:To analyze the value of external application of Wu Fang San with extracorporeal shock wave in patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:86 patients with mild to moderate KOA admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)ac⁃cording to different treatment methods.In the control group,external shock wave treatment was taken,and on this basis,the obser⁃vation group was treated with external application of Wu Fang San.The treatment effects of patients in the two groups were com⁃pared.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.242,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores improved in both groups and were signifi⁃cantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=8.044,10.612,4.709,6.422,7.250,P<0.05).After treatment,the knee score standard(HSS)was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),knee function scale(KSS),visual analog scale(VAS),and oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)were lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=7.050,5.620,4.212,19.807,16.018,P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Wu Fang San with extracorporeal shock wave therapy is more effective in patients with mild to moderate KOA,which can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and provide functional recovery of the knee joint.
