某院2021年1-6月哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠专项点评分析

Special Review Analysis of Piperacillin Tazobactam Sodium in a Hospital from January to June 2021

目的:分析上海市中山医院青浦分院哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠专项点评情况,促进临床抗菌药物的合理应用。方法:利用医院信息系统(His),随机抽取2021年1—6月上海市中山医院青浦分院200例应用哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠住院患者医嘱,采用回顾性分析及合理用药评价。结果:随机抽取的200份病例中,不合理病例占比7%,主要不合理用药类型有无指征用药、遴选药物不适宜、用法用量不适宜和联合用药不适宜。结论:哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠的使用存在不合理现象,医院需加强对哌拉西林他唑巴坦钠不合理用药的持续干预改进措施,进一步促进抗菌药物的合理应用。

Objective:To analyze the special review of piperacillin tazobactam sodium in Qingpu Branch of Shanghai Zhong⁃shan Hospital and promote the rational application of clinical antimicrobial drugs.Methods:A random sample of 200 inpatient medical orders for the application of piperacillin tazobactam sodium in hospitals from January to June 2021 was selected using the hospital information system(His),retrospectively analyzed and evaluated for rational drug use.Results:Among the 200 randomly selected cases,the percentage of irrational cases was 7%,and the main types of irrational medication use were unindicated medica⁃tion,inappropriate selection of drugs,inappropriate dosage and inappropriate combination medication.Conclusion:The use of piperacillin tazobactam sodium is irrational,and hospitals need to strengthen continuous intervention improvement measures for the irrational use of piperacillin tazobactam sodium to further promote the rational application of antimicrobial drugs.
