穴位贴敷联合按摩护理对晚期胃癌患者临疼痛评分的影响

Effect of Acupoint Application Combined with Massage Care on the Temporary Pain Score in Patients with Ad⁃vanced Gastric Cancer

目的:分析穴位贴敷联合按摩护理对晚期胃癌患者临疼痛评分的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2021年2月开封市中医院收治的100例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,按入院时间分为穴位贴敷组和穴位按摩组,每组各50例。穴位按摩组予以穴位按摩护理,穴位贴敷组予以穴位贴敷联合按摩护理。比较两组患者下床活动、住院时间、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、负性情绪、营养状况、生活质量。结果:穴位贴敷组患者下床活动时间、住院时间较穴位按摩组短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.661、4.853,P<0.05);干预后,穴位贴敷组患者疼痛程度较穴位按摩组低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.556,P<0.05);干预后,穴位贴敷组患者睡眠质量评分较穴位按摩组低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.395,P<0.05);干预后,穴位贴敷组患者负性情绪较穴位按摩组低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.770、4.768,P<0.05);干预后,前白蛋白(PAB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平较穴位按摩组高,差异有统计学意义(t=5.315、5.348,P<0.05);干预后,穴位贴敷组患者生活质量评分较穴位按摩组高,差异有统计学意义(t=14.605,P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌患者应用穴位贴敷联合按摩护理,改善疼痛与睡眠质量,可缩短下床活动,且还能改善心理状态及营养状况,加快恢复进程,缩短住院时间,改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application and combined massage care on the temporary pain score in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:100 patients with advanced gastric cancer in hospitals from February 2018 to Feb⁃ruary 2021 were selected and divided into acupressure group and acupressure group according to the time of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The acupressure group was given acupressure care,and the acupressure group was given acupressure com⁃bined with massage care.The bed activity,length of stay,pain level,sleep quality,negative emotion,nutritional status,and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The time to get out of bed and hospital stay were shorter in the acupressure group than in the acupressure group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.661,4.853,P<0.05).After the intervention,the pain level was lower in the acupressure group than in the acupressure group,and the difference was statistical⁃ly significant(t=7.556,P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality scores were lower in the acupressure group than in the acupressure group,with a statistically significant difference(t=11.395,P<0.05).After the intervention,negative emotions were low⁃er in the acupressure group than in the acupressure group,with a statistically significant difference(t=7.770,4.768,P<0.05).Af⁃ter the intervention,PAB and Hb levels were higher than those in the acupressure group,with statistically significant differences(t=5.315,5.348,P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores were higher in the acupressure group than in the acu⁃pressure group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.605,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupressure combined with massage care for patients with advanced gastric cancer improves pain and sleep quality,shortens bedtime activities,and also improves psychological status and nutritional status,accelerates the recovery process,shortens hospitalization time,and im⁃proves quality of life.
