肺癌患者姑息照护的研究进展

Research Progress of Palliative Care for Patients with Lung Cancer

随着生活水平的日益提高,人民对于医疗护理方面的要求也在逐步上升。在照护患者方面,更注重的是对于改善患者的心理及提高生存期的要求。为全方位了解姑息照护在肺癌患者中的研究应用进展,研究从姑息照护的概念、姑息照护国内外研究现状、肺癌患者接受姑息照护的必要性及影响姑息照护的发展因素等方面进行综述,旨为提高肺癌患者的生活质量,延长其生存期,为加快国内姑息照护的规范化、系统化建设提供依据和指导。

With the increasing standard of living,people’s demand for medical care is also rising.In caring for patients,more emphasis is placed on the requirements for psychological improvement and improved survival.In order to understand the progress of research application of palliative care in lung cancer patients in a comprehensive manner,the study reviewed the concept of pal⁃liative care,the current status of domestic and international research on palliative care,the need for lung cancer patients to receive palliative care and the factors affecting the development of palliative care.The aim is to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival of lung cancer patients,and to provide a basis and guidance for accelerating the standardization and systematization of pal⁃liative care in China.
