“肾主骨生髓”理论与绝经后骨质疏松症发病机制的相关研究

绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是一种严重影响绝经后女性生活水平及质量的一种临床常见疾病。随着我国老龄化加速,绝经后骨质疏松发病率在逐年递增,对该方向的研究不断得到加强。随着近些年来祖国医学对绝经后骨质疏松症的不断深入研究,发现肾精亏虚所致髓空虚是骨萎的主要病因,其发病机制同样是由“肾主骨生髓”理论指导下的“肾(精)-髓-骨”三者递生关系决定。本文基于“肾主骨生髓”理论,从现代医学的整体、微观角度对其的科学阐述,并对其发病机制进行分析,并对“补肾填髓壮骨”法的临床效果进行综述,总结其有效的中医药治疗方案,为其临床治疗绝经后骨质疏松症提供借鉴与参考。
