双三相永磁同步发电机直流母线无电流传感器稳压控制 被引量:1

摘要 双三相永磁同步发电机(dualthree-phasepermanent magnet synchronous generator,DTP-PMSG)具有良好的容错性、高功率密度等特点,适用于高可靠性要求的高端装备领域。针对传统母线电压比例积分(proportionalintegral,PI)控制存在电压响应慢、波动幅值大和控制系统复杂的问题,该文提出直流母线无电流传感器稳压控制方法。在DTPPMSG空间矢量脉宽调制的基础上,推导相电流与母线电流的关系,重构出母线电流,并进行滤波。建立整流器系统数学模型,分析电压与交轴电流的非线性关系。设计以电容储能为控制量的电压外环控制器,将重构的母线电流前馈,根据控制系统传递函数设计参数。与实际母线电流和传统PI控制稳压效果比较,该方法能准确实现重构,有效抑制负载突变对母线电压的影响。仿真和实验结果验证了所提控制方法的有效性。 The dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator(DTP-PMSG)has the characteristics of good fault tolerance and high power density,which makes it suitable for the high-end equipment field with high reliability requirements.The conventional bus voltage proportional integral(PI)control method suffers from long voltage recovery time,large voltage fluctuation amplitude and complex control system.In this paper,a voltage stabilization control method without direct current bus sensor is proposed.On the basis of the DTP-PMSG space vector pulse width modulation strategy,the relationship between the phase current and the bus current is deduced to reconstruct and filter current.Nonlinear relationship between bus voltage and quadrature axis current is analyzed through establishing the mathematical model of rectifier system.An outer voltage loop with capacitive energy storage as the control quantity is designed with feedforward of reconstructed bus current.According to the control system transfer function,control parameters are designed.Compared to the actual current and the conventional PI method,the proposed methodology can accurately reconstruct the current and restrain the bus voltage influence under abrupt load variation.Simulated and experimental results verify the proposed control method.
