摘要
在工业上,轮廓信息提取有利于后期工件的定位精度,轮廓信息提取的效果直接影响模板匹配的准确度。打火机机壳为透明工件,传统Canny算子难以准确提取轮廓信息,且存在模糊边缘、梯度信息较少、人为设置双阈值适用性低等问题。针对实际工业应用及传统算法问题,改进传统算子。采用自适应中值滤波代替高斯滤波,增加Sobel算子45°、135°方向模板,线性插值进行非极大值抑制,采用最大类间差方法迭代计算双阈值。将改进算子应用工件定位中,实验结果表明,改进算法可以较好地提取打火机轮廓信息抑制伪边缘,并可提高匹配定位精度。
In industry,image contour information extraction is beneficial to the positioning of the workpiece in the later stage,and the effect of contour information extraction directly affects the accuracy of template matching.The gradient information of traditional Canny operator is less,and the applicability of setting double threshold value artificially is low.In this paper,adaptive median filter is used instead of Gaussian filter.Sobel operator 45°,135°direction templates are added.The double threshold is calculated iteratively by using the maximum difference between classes.The results of workpiece show that the improved algo‐rithm can extract lighter contour information more accurately and suppress false edges,and can improve the matching positiong accuracy.
