中药消渴丸用于气阴两虚型2型糖尿病治疗的疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoke Pill on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Deficiency of Qi and Yin

目的探究中药消渴丸用于气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的治疗疗效。方法选取尤溪县中医医院2021年1月—2022年4月期间收治的气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其分为两组,每组40例,西药组给予西药盐酸二甲双胍片或盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,中药组在西药治疗基础上增加中药消渴丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血糖水平、胰岛素功能指标水平、中医证候积分、不良反应发生率。结果中药组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于西药组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,中药组血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于西药组,空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数均高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组中医证候积分为(3.05±1.65)分,低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于西药组的15.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气阴两虚型2型糖尿病治疗过程中,中药消渴丸的合理使用可在保证用药安全的基础上,消除患者症状,促进临床疗效提升,实现患者血糖水平、胰岛素功能有效改善,更好地维护患者健康。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoke Pill on type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes with both Qi and Yin deficiency treated in Youxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with metformin hydrochloride tablets or metformin hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and Chinese medicine group added Xiaoke pill on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,insulin function index level,TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the chinese medicine group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 80.00%of the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose level and insulin resistance index in the traditional chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group,while fasting insulin and pancreatic isletsβcell function index were higher than those of the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional chinese medicine syndrome score(3.05±1.65)points in the chinese medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional chinese medicine group was 2.50%,lower than 15.00%in the western medicine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with both Qi and Yin deficiency,the rational use of Xiaoke pill can eliminate the symptoms of patients,promote the improvement of clinical efficacy,effectively improve the blood glucose level and insulin function of patients,and better maintain the health of patients on the basis of ensuring the safety of medication.
