糖尿病临床诊断中应用常规检验与生化检验的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Routine Test and Biochemical Test in Clinical Diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析糖尿病临床诊断中应用常规检验与生化检验的价值。方法以2021年7月—2022年5月期间在南海区桂城医院接受治疗的疑似糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,所有患者均接受常规检验与生化检验的诊断,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,对比两种诊断结果的诊断效能。结果60例疑似糖尿病患者中经金标准最终确诊糖尿病58例,生化检验结果阳性56例,常规检验结果阳性19例。生化检验准确度、敏感度显著高于常规检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检验方式特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规检验相比,生化检验对糖尿病的诊断具有更高的敏感性、准确性,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the value of routine test and biochemical test in clinical diagnosis of diabetes.Methods A total of sixty patients with suspected diabetes who received treatment in Guicheng Hospital of Nanhai District from July 2021 to May 2022 were studied.All patients were diagnosed by routine and biochemical tests.Taking the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic results was compared.Results Among 60 suspected diabetes patients,58 were finally diagnosed as diabetes by gold standard,56 were positive by biochemical test,and 19 were positive by routine test.The accuracy and sensitivity of biochemical tests were significantly higher than those of routine tests,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the specificity between the two test methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine test,biochemical test is more sensitive,accuracy to the diagnosis of diabetes and has significant clinical application value.
