2型糖尿病应用地特胰岛素与二甲双胍或瑞格列奈治疗的效果分析

目的分析对2型糖尿病患者使用地特胰岛素与二甲双胍以及瑞格列奈进行治疗的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年12月在滕州市工人医院诊治的66例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法将患者分成两组,各33例,两组患者均应用地特胰岛素进行治疗,常规组联合二甲双胍进行治疗,研究组联合二甲双胍和瑞格列奈进行治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗情况。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.093、3.727、3.852,P<0.001)。研究组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白水平均低于常规组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.877、6.854、5.452、4.659,P<0.001)。研究组超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的水平均高于常规组,丙二醛水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.813、3.733、5.303,P<0.001)。结论2型糖尿病患者使用地特胰岛素和二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈进行治疗,可以改善患者血脂指标,优化患者血糖水平,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of insulin detemir,metformin and repaglinide on type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 66 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed and treated in Tengzhou Workers'Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 33 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with insulin detemir,the conventional group with metformin,and the study group with metformin and repaglinide.The treatment of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.093,3.727,3.852,P<0.001).In the study group,the levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and low density lipoprotein were lower than those of the conventional group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.877,6.854,5.452,4.659,P<0.001).The levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,the level of malondialdehyde was lower in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.813,3.733,5.303,P<0.001).Conclusion The combination of insulin detemir and metformin with repaglinide for pa tients with type 2 diabetes can improve the blood lipid index of patients,optimize the blood glucose level of patients,and has high clinical application value.
