糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者应用依帕司他治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effectiveness of Epalrestat Treatment in Patients with Diabetic Microangiopathy Combined with Hypertension

目的探讨糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者应用依帕司他治疗的效果。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月泉州市台商投资区弘润医院收治的糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成研究组(30例)与对照组(30例),对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用依帕司他+常规治疗,对两组血糖、血压、血管内皮功能及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗4周后研究组血糖水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血压水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后研究组ET、NO较对照组低,eNOS较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(3.33%)较对照组(26.67%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他应用于糖尿病微血管病变合并高血压患者治疗中,可降低血糖、血压水平,改善血管内皮功能,减少不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of treatment with epalrestat in patients with diabetic microangiopathy combined with hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic microangiopathy combined with hypertension admitted to Hongrun Hospital in Taiwan Investment Zone,Quanzhou City from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a study group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and the study group was treated with epalrestat+conventional treatment.The blood glucose,blood pressure,vascular endothelial function and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the blood glucose level in the study group was significantly lower than that between the two groups of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,ET and NO in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the eNOS in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Epalrestat applied in the treatment of patients with diabetic microangiopathy combined with hypertension can reduce blood glucose and blood pressure levels,improve vascular endothelial function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
