摘要
目的探究糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者饮食护理与健康教育的临床应用效果。方法选择2021年3月—2022年3月广东省罗定市中医院收治的50例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上增加饮食护理、健康教育。比较两组营养状况、血糖水平、钙磷代谢。结果护理后,观察组ALB、Hb、TRF水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组钙磷代谢情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理与健康教育在糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析中的应用可以维持患者血糖平稳,改善营养水平、钙磷代谢情况。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of diet nursing and health education in diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Fifty diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Luoding Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group with 25 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given diet nursing and health education on the basis of the control group.Nutritional status,blood glucose level,calcium and phosphorus metabolism were compared between the two groups.Results After care,the levels of ALB,Hb and TRF in observation group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the improvement of blood glucose index in observation group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism of observation group were better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diet nursing and health education in diabetic nephropathy maintenance hemodialysis can maintain the stability of blood glucose,improve the level of nutrition,calcium and phosphorus metabolism.
