强化护理干预用于脑梗死合并糖尿病患者中的价值分析

Value of Intensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析脑梗死合并糖尿病患者接受强化护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月期间在福建省泉州市第一医院接受治疗的脑梗死合并糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,将其按随机数表法均分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受强化护理干预。对比两组患者护理干预前后血糖控制情况,并记录两组患者对护理的满意度。结果护理后,两组FBG、2 hPG对比,观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理满意度对比,观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死合并糖尿病患者接受强化护理干预后,血糖水平得以有效调控,患者对护理的满意度更高,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of intensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes.Methods A total of one hundred patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes who received treatment in Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,with fifty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received intensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose control before and after nursing intervention was compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing was recorded.Results After nursing,the FBG and 2 hPG between two groups were compared,and the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared,and the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving intensive nursing intervention for cerebral infarction patients with diabetes,blood glucose level can be effectively regulated,patients have higher satisfaction with nursing,and the clinical application value is significant.
