危机值护理在急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Crisis Nursing in Patients with Emergency Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探究急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用危机值护理的可行性。方法选择2021年3月—2022年3月期间福建医科大学附属第二医院东海院区收治的糖尿病酮症酸患者100例作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施危机值护理。对比两组患者血糖水平、临床指标以及并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组酸中毒纠正时间、血糖控制时间以及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用两种护理模式,相比之下,虽然两组患者护理情况均有所好转,但危急值护理在调节血糖水平、缩短临床指标用时以及降低并发症发生率等方面护理效果更加可观,患者受用度情况更好。

Objective To explore the feasibility of crisis nursing for emergency diabetic ketoacidosis patients.Methods From March 2021 to March 2022,100 patients with diabetes ketotic acid who were admitted to Donghai Hospital of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received crisis value care.Compared the blood glucose levels,clinical indicators,and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood sugar level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly shorter correction time,blood glucose control time,and hospitalization time for acidosis compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In comparison with the two nursing modes applied to patients with emergency diabetic ketoacidosis,although the nursing situation of patients in the two groups was improved,the nursing effect of crisis nursing was more significant in regulating blood glucose level,shortening the time of clinical indicators and reducing the incidence of complications,and the patients'utilization was better.
