细节护理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Detail Nursing in Hemodialysis Nursing of End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究细节护理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月在莆田涵江医院接受血液透析护理的118例终末期糖尿病肾病患者。依据不同护理方式划分成观察组(细节护理)及对照组(常规护理),各59例。对比两组患者的心理评分、生活质量、护理满意度。结果观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会、环境、躯体、心理的生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中患者对护理的总满意率为96.61%,高于对照组的67.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者施以细节护理干预,对降低焦虑、抑郁等不良心理,改善患者的生活质量,提升患者护理满意度等方面的作用显著。

Objective To explore the effect analysis of detail nursing in end-stage diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis nursing.Methods 118 patients with end-stage diabetes nephropathy who received hemodialysis care in Putian Hanjiang Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(detail nursing)and control group(routine nursing),fifty-nine cases in each.The psychological score,quality of life,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of society,environment,body,and psychology in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of patients with nursing care in the observation group was 96.61%,higher than 67.80%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy,detailed nursing intervention plays a significant role in reducing anxiety,depression and other negative psychology,improving patients'quality of life,and improving patients'satisfaction with nursing.
